The price always includes the transfer from the VIP terminal to the aircraft and from the aircraft to the VIP terminal. The VIP Platinum service also includes the transfer from Vienna city to the airport and back. For the VIP Gold and VIP Silver services, we will be happy to book a transfer for you through our partner for limousine services.

We offer VIP services for all airlines departing from Vienna Airport.

No. However, it makes sense to book your VIP service very soon after booking your flight – the earlier, the easier it is for us to ensure availability.

We have different packages. You can find our prices directly on this webpage. Our online shop is also available for easier booking.

Yes. Just send us an email to vip@viennaairport.com and let us know which package and for how many people you would like to give as a gift. You will then receive the invoice and, after payment, the voucher.

Yes. Our terminal can handle large quantities of large items of baggage. Please note: Additional costs may also be incurred with the airline. In addition, a larger quantity of items of baggage often takes a little longer to process.

 

Yes. After an internal check of the resource availability, we can adjust our opening hours and carry out the service for a special fee (out-of-hours service).

In addition to lounge services (such as food and drinks), VIP services also offer you a private VIP lounge and a personal assistant who will take care of all formalities such as check-in and baggage handling, as well as individual transfer from the VIP terminal in a luxury saloon car directly to the booked flight.
